Asger Kelstrup

Asger has extensive experience assisting large and mid-sized public and private companies, both with and without dedicated tax departments.

His expertise includes mitigating tax and transfer pricing risks, supporting companies in tax audits, and securing relief from double taxation.

Asger’s reputation in the field is reflected in his invitation as the only Big Four representative to collaborate with the Danish Ministry of Taxation on updating the Danish transfer pricing guidelines. For several years, he has also represented the Danish Chamber of Commerce in a permanent working group established by the Danish Central Tax Authorities. This group focuses on enhancing the relationship between taxpayers and the tax authorities while exploring alternative approaches to resolving tax disputes. He has also been the Danish national reporter on transfer pricing for the IFA congress in Brazil.

In Big Four, Asger was Nordic and National Leader of Transfer Pricing.
