Vicki is a partner in 42TAX. She is an international tax and M&A tax advisor and ex Big4 partner, where she was National Leader of International Tax. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of international tax, M&A tax and global structuring. Her work experience also includes tax policy work with the Confederation of Danish Industries (DI) and inhouse advisor primarily from the shipping industry.
Vicki has broad experience with assisting large and mid-sized public and private companies in a broad range of projects, involving global legal and finance structuring, hub establishments and legal entity rationalization, global inbound and outbound repatriation strategies, M&A, new market entries and tax risk management. Furthermore, Vicki has experience with strategic assistance in shaping tax functions, global tax policies and ESG tax.
Vicki as been recognized in International Tax Review’s Women in Tax Leaders several times and she is published in the leading Danish tax publications.
Kasper is one of the founders of 42TAX. With more than 10 years of experience as a tax and transfer pricing advisor working in Big4 and an inhouse advisor within the financial sector.
Kasper has in-depth practical experience with the tax and transfer pricing implications from mergers, acquisitions and divestments of entire businesses or carveouts. He has also worked intensively with the integration of acquired businesses into existing business structures, including managing stakeholders in global organisations.
He has been involved in tax and transfer pricing audit in a number of countries. Kasper has also worked first hand with valuation of intangibles, restructurings and other complex intercompany transactions. In addition, he has developed cost allocation models using methodologies generally approved by the tax authorities. In a broader context, Kasper has been responsible for the daily management of transfer pricing in global organisations.
Kasper has been involved in providing analyses and reasoning for the Danish Chamber of Commerce.
Asger is one of the founders of 42TAX. He is a tax and transfer pricing advisor and ex Big4 partner, where he was Nordic and National Leader of Transfer Pricing. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of international tax and transfer pricing.
Asger has a broad experience with assisting large and mid-sized public and private companies, both with and without a professional tax department, in the areas of mitigating tax and transfer pricing risk, tax audit defense and obtaining relief from double taxation.
Asger has been recognised in Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors several times. As a part of his professional work he was invited as the only Big4 representative to work with the Danish Ministry of Taxation updating the Danish transfer pricing guidelines and he has for several years represented the Danish Chamber of Commerce in a permanent working party established by the Danish Central Tax Authorities, with the purpose of improving the relationship with Danish taxpayers and discussing alternative approaches to solving tax disputes. He has also been the Danish national reporter on transfer pricing for the IFA congress in Brazil.
Carsten is an Associate Partner at 42TAX. He is a corporate tax advisor and ex Big4 partner for more than 20 years with a background as State Authorized Public Accountant.
Carsten has in-depth experience from advising and assisting large and mid-sized companies with complex corporate tax issues, including structuring, due diligence, disputes, compliance, tax reporting procedures and tax accounting issues.
Carsten was a member of the Tax Committee of FSR – Danish Auditors for a number of years.
With an eye for detail, Carsten combines his deep technical skills within corporate tax with many years of practical experience working with financial auditors and tax authorities. Carsten is a highly valued tax advisor for many businesses.
